For the LGBTQ+ Community and the Allies Who Love Them

To every member of the LGBTQ+ community—and the allies who stand beside you—this article is for you.

To the LGBTQ+ Community and Our Allies:

Healing isn’t always easy—but it’s possible. If you’re in a tough season or supporting someone who is, know this: your identity is valid, your feelings are real, and you deserve to feel seen, supported, and safe.

Mental wellness is a right—not a privilege.
